For the week ending November 29, Queen Adele has officially sold the highest number of albums in the first week of its release. ’25’ grossed a debut of 3.38 million copies being sold in the United States alone! That’s double the number sold by Taylor Swift for 1989 at the beginning of the year.
The first single off her album, “Hello” also has record-breaking news of it’s own. The average view rate on YouTube crossed 1 million per hour. Being in the music industry, she has probably been the only one to retain soul in her work and also focuses on the actual music rather than her image, unlike her peers.
It’s been 4 years since she last released her magnum opus “21” and fans all over the world were waiting for her next release. Between the last and this album she had a baby and took her own time writing for her new album. The result is pure magnificence that had the Internet going crazy since late October when “Hello” was released for the world.
The tracks from the album 25 by Adele are:
- Send My Love (To Your New Lover)
- I Miss You
- When We Were Young
- Water Under The Bridge
- River Lea
- Love In The Dark
- Million Years Ago
- All I Ask
- Sweetest Devotion
- Can’t Let Go
- Lay Me Down
- Why Do You Love Me
