Lynrd: American recording artist Beyonce Knowles had offered a selected group of fans for a preview of some of the tracks of her upcoming album ‘4’. The singer had hosted a listening party at the premises of the Sony Music Offices on Wednesday in New York.
The singer at the event had played five selected songs of the album and had spoken about the album at the event too. The singer said that she had noticed some difference while recording that her live performance voice was different from the one which was recorded.
The ‘Dangerously In Love’ singer said that she decided to maintain the live performance tone in the whole record. The tracks that were previewed had included the one which was inspired by Fela Kuti, who is a Nigerian Musician.
The singer had also previewed a track which is a ballad that had inspired Beyonce to turn off the lights in the room. Apart from the song preview, the singer also showed off the video of ‘Run The World(Girls)’. However, the clip has not been officially released. The video was to be released on 13th May, which was later delayed. According to VEVO, Beyonce is still making some final touches in the video before it is released.
