After nearly 3 years of waiting Bruno Mars fans can finally celebrate as his solo single “24K magic will be released on November 18th via Atlantic Records even though the song is currently available on itunes. The song is a combination of disco, funk and hiphop which is kind of similar to his last single ‘Uptown Funk.’ The single is featured on his album ’24K magic’ and it is expected to be another major hit. This is what we know about this new single.
“As soon as you put this album on, you’re going to be taken for a ride,” Bruno Mars
The single was released on radio on October 11 and it is already number 1 on Billboard and Twitter Trending 140 chart. Bruno Mars has definitely worked his magic once again as the single is expected to become a hit.
The album will be released on November 18 according to sources. Since his last breakout album ‘Unorthodox Jukebox‘ which was a major hit, Mars stayed quiet working on his music. We therefore cannot wait to listen to what he has been up to for the last 3 years.
“It’s very important that the world hears this album in its entirety,” Bruno added. “On this album, I really focused on giving you one continuous wave.”
Bruno Mars will return to the stage for the debut live global performance of his new single, “24K Magic,” at the 2016 MTV EMAs on November 6, 2016.
It seems Bruno Mars has worked with Mark Ronson, Skrillex and even Missy Elliot after she posted Mars and herself together in a recording studio on Instagram.
Mars’ album will contain 9 songs. Fans are abit dissapointed because they expected 10 songs just like his previous albums. The album can be pre-ordered on itunes.
The single is all about glitz and glamour as well as the good life. The video begins with Bruno landing in his private jet in Las Vegas. Mars is then at the poolside where a group of ladies clad in bikinis join him for a pool party. “I’m a dangerous man with some money in my pocket,” is a lyric from his single. Mars teased on his Instagram, “You can call it my first single, but i call it the invitation to the party.”
