Chance the Rapper officially proposes partner Kirsten Corley

American rapper and singer Chance the Rapper, is engaged to his girlfriend Kirsten Corley. The actor and musician, who is also known as Chancelor Bennett had proposed his girlfriend on July 4, 2018.

The news was announced by Chance’s brother and hip hop artist Taylor Bennett on Instagram and said, “Proposed In The Hunninds! @chancetherapper You A Real One!” A picture of the couple was posted with the caption. However, the rapper did not divulge much details of the proposal but just revealed “She said yes.”

The couple are already parents to two year old Kensli Bennett, born in September 2015 and had started dating in 2013. The rapper was recently all praises for his partner through his Instagram account on the occasion of her birthday in May. Chance had posted a series of pictures of his partner and family and wrote, “From the beginning beginning to the end end. You are my oldest and best friend.” The rapper continued, “You are responsible for everyone of the most wonderful things in my life. I’m forever grateful that God made me find you, and even more grateful that you made me find God.

Chance finally concluded, “Forever and ever babe, Happy Birthday.” Chance and Corley’s relationship has not always been public. The rapper had referred his long time girlfriend in his lyrics and also thanked her and his daughter in his acceptance speech of his Grammy Award for Best New Artist in 2017. Another report had the video of the rapper’s proposal. Chance said, “Kirsten Katrina Corley, will you make me a man and be my wife?” The rapper then picked up their daughter and sealed their relationship with a kiss. The couple is currently in bliss but they have had a few issues in the past. In 2016, Corley had even filed papers to be named as the sole caretaker for Kensli but withdrew her filing in 2017.
