Rock artist David Crosby is set to promote his fourth coming solo album Lighthouse. The album will be released on 21st October and the tour set for 18th November to 15th December in Atlanta and New York City respectively.
The tour will comprise of what the folk-rock legend describes as a dream team of musicians comprising of Michael League, Co-Producer and a member of Snarky Puppy, Jazz-pop singer and guitarist, Becca Stevens and Canadian singer-songwriter, Michelle Willis.
The legendary artist is expected to perform songs from his album Lighthouse and reinterpreted versions of a number of his past classic songs from his previous tunes. Lighthouse is a set of nine songs that recapture the airy but blunt, acoustic prophecies of his most treasured work. Here’s the track list;

Lovers of his music should expect classic tunes from The Byrds, Crosby, Stills and Nash. The artist also promised his fans of the release of a new song from Lighthouse titled “The Light of Common Day” on Friday 7th October. Other performances to be expected include a special album singing appearance on 21st October at the Barnes & Noble Union Square in New York City. During the performance, wrist bands will be distributed.
The artist has already released three tracks from the collection. The rock artist released “Things We Do for Love”,“By the Light of Common Day” and “The city”.
About “By the Light of Common Day”-
The author identified the song to have been inspired by the emotional relationship of writing music. Among the musicians featured in the song include Becca Stevens who wrote the music for “By the Light of Common Day” and sung it with Michael League and Michelle Willis. The release of ‘Lighthouse’ follows the 2014 album Croz that interrupted the solo album drought since 1993’s Thousand roads.
