Ed Sheeran Announces North American Tour 2017

Guess what?! Ed Sheeran could be coming to a city near you! Taking to his Twitter account, the Shape Of You singer told fans that he’s embarking on a tour of North America this year in the summer. The tour is meant to support his latest album, Divide which already has a couple of hits that have reached the top of the charts.

Being just his third studio album, he has already broke records by becoming the fastest streaming artist in a single day on online music streaming site, Spotify. And, since Divide released on March 4, album sale expectations estimate that over 500,000 copies are going to be sold in the first week, that will ensure its position in the Number One spot.

Ed Sheeran will be in a number of cities across the United States and Canada over the summer, beginning with the first date starting at the end of June, on the 29th, in Kansas City. After covering a couple more dates in the United States, he will take his music across the border to the main Canadian cities in a number of States. His tour will see him hustling between the United States and Canada, with the final date being at the end of July, on the 30th in Portland.
