British boy band JLS announced details of their new and final single, titled ‘Billion Lights’. In April 2013, the band confirmed that they will be splitting after five years together on the music scene.
JLS will be releasing the latest track on November 10, 2013, as the lead cut from their retrospective album, titled ‘Goodbye – The Greatest Hits’. The new tune is said to be a ‘straight up pop banger’, with some serious edge. The last album of the former X Factor stars is scheduled to be released shortly after the new single, on November 18, 2013.
The final album of the band will be featuring some of their greatest hits. After the release of ‘Goodbye – The Greatest Hits’, the band will go on a tour, which will begin in Belfast on December 1, 2013 and will conclude in London, at the O2 Arena on December 22, 2013. The band took the second spot on the X Factor in 2008 and JLS have achieved great success ever since.
The boy band managed to sell more than 10 million records across the globe and won best British Breakthrough act at the Brit Awards in 2010. The boys are now going to find other career opportunities and band member Marvin Humes recently stated that he is going to host the new season of The Voice.
