Canadian pop singer Justin Bieber has once hit headlines and debuted at No. 1 with his acoustic EP ‘Believe Acoustic’. The ‘Baby’ singer has become the first artist to do so before the age of 19.
The figures were revealed from trade magazine Hits which indicated that ‘Believe Acoustic’ sold more than 200,000 copies after a week in stores. This has proved that the “Beliebers” (Justin’s fans) consume everything that is released by the artist.
Justin still has time till March 1, 2013 to turn 19 and already he has more chart toppers than most artists will ever have. Many established artists who did not take Justin seriously in the past will have to now stand up and take note of the competition.
The ‘Boyfriend’ singer’s album Believe had debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 charts and became his fourth number one album. The release sold around 57,000 copies in its first week in Canada. The plans for ‘Believe Acoustic’ was announced when Justin appeared on the Ellen DeGeneres Show. It looks like the ‘All Around the World’ singer is coping well after his breakup with Selena Gomez, as he takes the musical world by storm yet again.
