The band’s latest album debuted at No. 1 and managed to hold on to the position for a second week, which prompted Kaiser Chiefs to say, “2 weeks at the top! We haven’t been here for a while, it feels fantastic. Thanks to everyone who stuck by us. It’s been emotional.”

The ‘I Predict A Riot’ musicians are currently on tour in Europe and the upcoming show at London’s O2 Arena will be the band’s second, following their performance at the famous venue on June 23, 2007. Ricky Wilson, the lead singer said that the last couple of months have been great for them and that Kaiser Chiefs are enjoying playing the new album and getting ready for both festival appearances and the O2.

The ‘Never Miss A Beat’ musicians will have a very busy summer, as they will be performing at the V Festival, T in the Park, as well as Glastonbury, in addition to a number of European and North American tour dates.
