Kasabian announce autumn arena tour dates

Kasabian to enthrall fans with autumn arena tour in November.

English rock band Kasabian have fans elated as they announced their autumn arena tour. The rockers closed this year’s Glastonbury festival on June 29, 2014 and are now set to kick off a tour across the UK, Ireland in November.

The lads from Leicester will kick off the gala tour in Glasgow on November 19, and will then wrap up on December 12 at Manchester’s Phones 4U Arena.

The tour’s highlight will also include the Kasabian’s performing at the O2 Brixton academy for five nights consecutively.

The band has been on a roll ever since it grabbed its fourth consecutive No.1 album – 48:13 – this year. The homecoming show at Leicester’s Victoria Park where they played to a mammoth crowd of 50,000 fans was an emotional moment for the band members.

Kasabian have released five studio albums until now:  Kasabian (2004), Empire (2006), West Ryder Pauper Lunatic Asylum (2009), Velociraptor! (2011), and 48:13 (2014). 

In 2010 it won the Brit award for the Best British Group.
