American rock band Kings of Leon are getting ready to perform in front of their fans again, as the ‘Closer’ musicians have just announced their upcoming ‘Mechanical Bull Tour’. The Followill brothers – Caleb, Nathan, Jared and Matthew – are set to begin their North American tour on February 5, 2014 at Philips Arena in Atlanta, in order to promote their latest record, ‘Mechanical Bull’.
The ‘Use Somebody’ musicians’ highly-anticipated tour will be produced by Live Nation and presented by Klipsch Audio and the opening act will be blues rocker Gary Clark, Jr. Tickets will reportedly go on sale between November 1, 2013 and November 2, 2013, depending on each market.
The famous band released their sixth studio record, ‘Mechanical Bull’ on September 24, 2013 and the album debuted at number 2 on the Billboard 200 chart. Kings of Leon’s press release stated that the upcoming dates are just the first leg of the band’s tour in 2014 and additional performances will be announced soon.
