Metallica Drop Videos For ALL Tracks Off Hardwired… Overnight!

You’ve got to admit it, Metallica are totally killing it. I mean, these guys have been around since the early ’80s and they just keep getting better and better with time. Though fans may disagree about the period post their self-titled (dubbed The Black Album) album, it looks like the heavy metal legends are back with a bang in the game. It took them 8 years, but no one really counts, because the metal community is already raving about their 10th studio album, Hardwired… To Self-Destruct.

And let’s be real about one thing: these guys are now in their 50s, have played countless shows around the world and should be dialling it down. So many of their contemporaries are hanging up their leather boots and depending on past glories to keep their names alive in the industry. But Metallica never gave a f*ck anyway, so they just out-did their mates and have brought so much energy to their latest release that even the latest generation can’t keep up with the heaviness.

Outdoing themselves once again, while the world was asleep or busy whining about the US Presidential results, they dropped videos for ALL 13 tracks off Hardwired… To Self-Destruct OVERNIGHT. Can you believe it?! We got a taste of a couple of tracks in the past couple of months, but one by one – boom, boom, boom – the perfectly crafted video reels to each of their tracks were released through different metal media sources and on Metallica’s Official YouTube page. And after going one-by-one, through each track, all I can say is – Thank You, Metallica. The eight-year wait was so effin’ worth it. They are back. It feels good to truly headbang again.
