The legendary pop star Michael Jackson was immortalized in cement by his three children on January 26, 2012. Jackson’s kids Prince, Blanket and Paris stamped the singer’s glove and shoe prints at the hallowed concrete courtyard of Chinese Theatre of Grauman in Hollywood. Hundreds of fans as well as celebrities turned up at the venue including the family members of the singer and Justin Bieber.

Everyone watched the children talk about the legacy of their father. Jackson’s eldest son Prince said that his father won the lifetime achievement award and he added that he strived to get it and this was what they are giving him. Paris went on to imprint her father’s iconic silver sequined glove and also scrawled his name in to the cement.

The ceremony was a part of the promotion of Cirque du Soleil’s ‘Michael Jackson The Immortal World Tour’. The tour is all set to debut on February 3, 2012. The producer of Jackson’s thriller album , Quincy Jones and Smokey Robinson, who called Jackson as his little brother, said that Paris Jackson was most excited to be introduced to ten pop star Justin Bieber. Paris said that she knew that he would have loved to mentor someone like Bieber and added that she was very proud that he came for the celebration.

Bieber said that Jackson was his role model and inspired him to be the best he can be. The pop star added that he wanted to have perfection just like how Jackson was.

Tito Jackson, on the occasion, said that there was hardly a day that went by without Micheal on his mind. In the recent months, Prince, Blanket and Paris have been more public which is contrast of their lives before the death of their father in the year 2009 as they were shielded from the public view.'
