American rock band No Doubt, in an official statement, announced that they have postponed their plans to tour. It seems like the band has had a sudden outburst of creative energy and has decided to return to the studios in lieu of touring for their album ‘Push and Shove’.
The band wrote on their official website that last year Gwen was inspired to write new music while they were travelling the world. The band added that around the time of their hometown shows, they discussed the idea of starting 2013 by getting back into the studio together.
The band did the same thing in the month of January 2013, after which their music started flowing with ease. The statement mentioned that they had spent around three years in the process of recording their last album and that the pace at which they are going now is exciting.
A statement from the ‘Don’t Speak’ artists mentioned that they will be postponing their plans to tour briefly, as they endevour to create something new, special and inspired. The ‘Settle Down’ group also said that their goal as a band was to share new music with their fans as quickly as possible, both recorded and live.
