After two of the tracks leaked out of Lana Del Rey’s debut album ‘Born To Die’, the singer spoke out about the leaks. Del Rey clarified that the leaked tunes were totally different from the tracks from the actual album.
The debut album of the American singer will be released on January 31, 2012. Del Rey took her Twitter account and wrote, “The versions of ‘National Anthem’ and ‘This Is What Makes Us Girls’ that have been leaked are demos + sound nothing like they do on the album,” .
The demos that hve been leaked on the internet throw light on the capabilities of the singer and also deviate the fans from what they had actually heard from the tracks ‘Video Games’ and Blue Jeans’ that were officially released by the singer. The track ‘National Anthem’ offers a sing-rap style that has been inspired by Britney Spears and Kesha.
On the other hand the song ‘This Is What Makes Us Girls’ is sung in the same style but with a child like voice resembling to that of Nicki Minaj. Del Rey is the new budding singer in the music industry and is backed by a team who is carefully taking moves in terms of her career.
