Paramore Drop New Track ‘Hard Times’ + ‘After Laughter’ Album Announcement!

Paramore won the day when they came back after what seemed like eons for their latest single, Hard Times. After multiple members dropped out of the band, and it was eventually reformed with Hayley Williams still front and centre, it looks like they’ve got a solid bond for now. They’ve also announced the release of their latest studio album, After Laughter, for which you can find more details on below.

The video for Hard Times gives off a sort of preppy ’80s pop vibe. It also reminds one of something close to DNCE, but with a punk twist, emboldened by the clear vocals of Hayley. There are a lot of colours, a lot of art and cartoon graphics thrown in the mix.

After Laughter will be the band’s fifth full-length studio album. They’re gonna have to put in a lot of work for this one, considering their previous No. 1 albums, including Riot!, Brand New Eyes and of course, their self-titled one. They’ve recorded After Laughter at the RCA Studio B, in their hometown of Nashville. Their long-time collaborator, Justin Mendal-Johnsen has worked with Paramore on the album. The original three members of the band – Hayley Williams,  guitarist Taylor York and drummer Zac Farro are back after a lot of internal spats. Farro made it back home after the band announced his re-inclusion sometime earlier this year.

After Laughter is available for pre-order right now, and you will get the free download for Hard Times immediately. Here is the complete playlist for the album and it looks promising –
