R Kelly has been accused of heading a sexual cult in a report by Buzzfeed

R Kelly, best known for his song I Believe I Can Fly has been accused by Buzzfeed of preying on women and heading a sexual cult. Worried parents of a number of women complained that their daughters have all but vanished thanks to being “brainwashed” by the musician. The detailed report lists the names of several alleged victims. R Kelly has vehemently denied these claims.

Remember that not so long ago he was accused of acquiring child pornography and filming sexual acts by a child. However, he was later acquitted and the case was dropped. In the past as well, he was famously accused several times of preying on underage girls. The most famous one was the late Aaliyah, who he secretly married when she was just 15 and he was 24. Also, a woman named Tiffany Hawkins had sued him. She claimed that she had sexual relations with R Kelly from the time she was 15 until she turned 18. And yet another woman, who worked as an intern at a record label, said that he had used her as a sex slave when she was 17 years old and cast her aside when she came of age.

And in the latest report, parents are accusing R Kelly of luring their daughters, promising them a future in music. He then allegedly keeps them in properties that he owns. They are forced to wear, eat and do things only as per what he tells them to. If they disobey, they are “punished” using verbal and physical abuse. However, one of the supposed victims, Joycelyn Savage, 21, told a leading tabloid that the accusations are false. She said, “I’m in a happy place in my life. I’m not being brainwashed or anything like that.”

Officials charges or any sort of investigation by law enforcement is yet to commence.
