System Of A Down Announce European Tour + New Album

Armenian alternative rock band, System Of A Down are killin’ it in the scene, as usual. They’re apparently working on a brand new album, and as they have themselves revealed, at least 15 tracks are already “worthy” for fans’ waiting ears.

And if that isn’t good enough news for SOAD fans, there’s even more. The band are ready to hit the road for a summer tour of Europe. They will be joined by Code Orange, who will be their official openers. Their tour includes a number of dates for some of the biggest festivals, including Rock am Ring and Download Festival. They will begin in the European Union starting June 1, covering a number of cities across the map. Their summer tour will see them play live for massive crowds all the way to the beginning of July.

And in related news, Serj Tarkian, frontman of System Of A Down, covered The Rains Of Castamere at a performance recently. The song is from the ultra famous Game Of Thrones series and is the theme song for the Lannisters of Casterly Rock.
