III will be Take That’s first album post Jason Orange quitting the band.
British pop group Take That announced their latest album III, the album is due for release on December 1, 2014. Band’s frontman Gary Barlow made the announcement on Twitter and said, “Thanks to our brilliant team who’ve turned this all around in record time! Phew! #ttIII.”
The first single from the album These Days is already out on YouTube and will debut on the UK radio this Friday (October 10, 2014), before its official November 23rd release.
The band’s official Twitter page also read, “We can officially confirm that our new single is premiering tomorrow morning across UK radio! Tune in from 7:30am.”
The new album will feature vocals from trio – Gary Barlow, Mark Owen and Howard Donald. This will be the band’s first venture without Jason Orange, who quit the band last month – September 25, 2014.
The band has had a tumultuous history in terms of members leaving and rejoining, it started out with 5 members in the early 1990s, then fluctuated between 4 to 5 members and now, it consists of three members.
The Pray hitmakers’ 2010 album Progress that featured Jason Orange and Robbie Williams, was an instant hit all across and sold over a quarter million copies in one day.
